DAMGeeks served as the Technical Lead for a comprehensive audit of Rockwell Automation’s marketing technology landscape. We facilitated cross-functional stakeholder workshops to align PIM and DAM initiatives with complex product data and content syndication strategies. The project culminated in a strategic roadmap and a governance framework designed to bridge the gap between current-state technical debt and a scalable, future-state MarTech ecosystem.
In partnership with ICP, DAMGeeks led the Requirements Discovery for the global launch of the Veeva PromoMats DAM module. We orchestrated a complex migration strategy for 13,000+ assets, conducting deep-dive stakeholder workshops to execute a current-state analysis and risk assessment. The project delivered a comprehensive Governance Strategy and prioritized implementation roadmap, ensuring a high-performance foundation for Adamas’s long-term digital asset roll-out.

We managed the transition to the latest release, meticulously preserving the integrity of complex customizations and out-of-the-box features.
